Symptoms: Severe vibration (low frequency)
Cause: worn spigot bearing, loose or worn engine mountings, uneven operation of clutch arm, oil contaminated facings, misalignment of engine to gearbox, defective pressure plate, defective driven plate, glazed or scored flywheel,
Symptoms: Difficulty in engaging first gear from neutral without making noise, jolt when changing gear with the vehicle in motion, vehicle moves when pedal is fully depressed.
Cause: Incorrect clutch adjustments or lack of fluid in the hydraulic operating system, worn hydraulic system, oil contaminated facings, defective driven plate, buckled plate or seizure on spines, seized spigot bearing or worn spigot.
Symptoms: A sudden move of the vehicle though the pedal is being gradually released.
Cause: Partial seizure of linkage or fouling of pedal preventing the full return of the linkage, uneven operation of the clutch arm, worn hydraulic system, oil contaminated driven plate, misalignment of engine to gearbox, worn spigot bearing.
Symptoms: Engine accelerates without giving an expected increase in vehicle speed, car will not drive up steep inclines, burning smell.
Cause:Partial seizure of linkage or fouling of pedal preventing the full return of the linkage, worn clutch facings, oil contaminated facings, defective pressure plate and/or broken springs, partially seized mechanism.

Application Of Terms
1.1. THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE APPLY TO ALL SERVICES PROVIDED BY Field Fleet Services TO YOU. BY THE USE OR ACCESS OF OUR WEBSITE AND THE PURCHASING OF OUR SERVICES YOU AGREE TO THIS TERMS OF SERVICE. 1.2. A quotation is the only use of the website which shall not be binding but it will come about with any other use of the website or purchasing of any service from Field Fleet Services. Should you agree to the quotation for the service requested, the quotation is binding. 1.3 Any quotation we provide is limited to a 30 day expiry date from the date you receive the quote. 1.4 Payments. We accept payments by cash or any valid debit or credit card. 1.5 Payment is required upon the work undertaken by us is completed. You will make the payment in full when you arrive at the garage to collect your vehicle unless other arrangements for payment have been agreed prior to the work being undertaken. 1.6 You agree to pay for all work and parts required for the repairs described in our quotation or estimate at our retail charge. It is understood that any estimate given is provisional and all repairs are undertaken on a cash basis unless prior arrangements for credit have been approved. 1.7 Any additional work found to be necessary must be authorised by you prior to commencement. All goods shall remain the property of the seller until paid for in full. 1.8 Nothing herein is designed to nor will it affect a customers statutory rights, payment is due on satisfactory completion of the job.
