First time at this garage as i was disappointed with the service i got from my usual garage. I had a problem with my ford misfiring, These guys took time out to explain the fault and had me back on the road in no time.

I had a warning light on my dash board come on Friday morning with plans to escape to cornwall for the weekend. These guys rescued me in my hour of need, Thank you. I can now relax with confidence driving such a distance.

Pleased as punch with my new front tyres. With money being tight i opted for the budget tyres for my Nissan. Great staff, service and price. They went out of there way to look after me.
I have used Field Fleet Services for many years for the repairs and servicing of both our family cars. Great price, Extremely helpful Staff and always a Top Notch service.
Faulty brakes

Popped in to this garage with a problem to my brakes. They found the fault within minutes and gave me a very reasonable price for repair. My brakes are as good as new and the staff were superb and went out of their way to look after me. Best Garage i have visited in along time and i will be coming back. Cheers guys.
My first time at this garage as i always went to the dealership i brought the car from. I needed to save money and i was fed up of the prices i was being charged and the service i got.
So glad i found this garage. Friendly staff, Great service, saved pounds and everything done to my car was explained and a minor fault repaired without any extra charge!! That would never of happened at the dealership i used. Thank you guys. Highly Recommended!

"Field Fleet Services" means Field Fleet Services and/or any affiliate which shall supply Services to you.

"TOS" means Terms of Service (this document) and everything it contains

"Services" collectively means what we provide to you and the purchasing of our services

"Products" collectively means what we provide to you and the purchasing of our products

"We," "us" or "our" means Field Fleet Services.

"You" and "your" mean the person, firm or company who purchases Services from Field Fleet Services.


Application Of Terms



1.2. A quotation is the only use of the website which shall not be binding but it will come about with any other use of the website or purchasing of any service from Field Fleet Services. Should you agree to the quotation for the service requested, the quotation is binding.

1.3 Any quotation we provide is limited to a 30 day expiry date from the date you receive the quote.

1.4 Payments. We accept payments by cash or any valid debit or credit card.

1.5 Payment is required upon the work undertaken by us is completed. You will make the payment in full when you arrive at the garage to collect your vehicle unless other arrangements for payment have been agreed prior to the work being undertaken.

1.6 You agree to pay for all work and parts required for the repairs described in our quotation or estimate at our retail charge. It is understood that any estimate given is provisional and all repairs are undertaken on a cash basis unless prior arrangements for credit have been approved.

1.7 Any additional work found to be necessary must be authorised by you prior to commencement. All goods shall remain the property of the seller until paid for in full.

1.8 Nothing herein is designed to nor will it affect a customers statutory rights, payment is due on satisfactory completion of the job.




We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers. However on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied.
To ensure we are able to put things right as soon as we can, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.
As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards.
In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible.
Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a which? trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution.
